Healthy Snack!

Today I decided to do a blog entry on what I normally make for snacks. Remember, if you want to go on a diet, do it correctly! Don't skip meals, it's unhealthy, try to eat at least something to make your body function properly. So, I made a berry-smoothie. It's easy to prepare and simple to make. Fuss-free!
You'll need 4-5 strawberries
A table and half spoon of blueberries(Roughly)
4-5 black berries
4-5 raspberries
A cup of fresh milk(You can opt for low-fat milk either way)

POUR THEM INTO THE BLENDER!

BLEND THEM!
Once you're done. Pour the smoothie into a glass and then top it up with a strawberry or you can put as much berries as you want on top of it.

And you're ready to serve!

I hope you guys enjoy this segment because I had a lot of fun doing this! This is what I usually prepare for lunch or snack. It's not fattening, doesn't add an inch to your waist! So no worries! If you want to go on an intense diet, do it at your own risk! Because not eating properly can lower your metabolism. This is a healthy alternative. Milk, for building strong and healthy bones and berries full of anti-oxidant to fight off free-radicals that are harmful to your skin! Now you're one step closer to having a healthy diet!
Stay tuned for more of my new entries and I hope to receive feedbacks from you guys!
Tell me what you guys think about it!

    1. Yeah sure! You can mix it with vanilla ice cream but you still have to add a little bit of milk because the vanilla ice cream may be too thick for you to drink.
